Allan Erdy Escrow is a truly Independent Escrow Company (Department of Business Oversight License No. 963-0907) with no Real Estate Broker, Title or Lender affiliation or ownership. Escrow has always been our main focus and only business. Our knowledgeable Escrow Officers and Support Staff are available to handle all of your escrow needs. Our success and longevity is evidenced by our repeat business from both agents and individuals.
We currently process and close escrow transactions (sales & refinances) primarily in Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Call us if you have any questions regarding any areas outside of these counties.
