Our Team of Escrow Officers

He is the President and Manager and was a practicing Escrow Officer until 2008. Allan Erdy Escrow is licensed by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation opened with a staff of two (2) employees in a 700 square foot Sherman Oaks Office. Over the years we grew to 36 employees (which included 10 Escrow Officers) and relocated to an 8,000 square foot facility. We have since downsized to 11 employees (which includes 4 Escrow Officers) and purchased our own 4,000 square foot building where we currently operate. Duties presently include public relations, speaking at real estate office meetings & training classes and overseeing all other aspects of the business.
